Once a project has been initiated, we do not offer refunds. When you book a service with us, there is a 30% non-refundable payment required. - Commitment to Quality: We are committed to delivering the highest quality work. Refunding projects in progress could lead to unfinished or subpar results, which isn’t in line with our dedication to excellence.
- Fairness to Artists: We compensate our talented artists and designers for their time and expertise. Refunding a project could potentially deprive them of fair compensation for their efforts.
- Sustainability: Maintaining a no-refund policy allows us to sustain and grow our business, ensuring we can continue to provide top-notch services to our clients.
