Once a project has been initiated, we do not offer refunds. When you book a service with us, there is a 30% non-refundable payment required. We appreciate your understanding of these terms as they allow us to maintain our commitment to delivering high-quality design services.   3. Commitment to Quality: We are committed to delivering the highest quality work. Refunding projects in progress could lead to unfinished or subpar results, which isn’t in line with our dedication to excellence.
  4. Fairness to Artists: We compensate our talented artists and designers for their time and expertise. Refunding a project could potentially deprive them of fair compensation for their efforts.
  5. Sustainability: Maintaining a no-refund policy allows us to sustain and grow our business, ensuring we can continue to provide top-notch services to our clients.
